                            GARLIC KNOTS



      Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
4-5  tablespoons olive oil 
2-3 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley  
salt and black pepper as per taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
300gm store bought pizza dough (or you can make your own) 
        TIP:1. for healthy version you can make pizza dough using wheat flour     
               2. for seasoning with salt and pepper you can use some mixed pizza seasoning at                     the end    



                                              
              
    Process:

     1.Preheat the oven to 180 degree c
     2.cut the pizza dough in ½ inch strips using pizza cutter.
     3. Form the knots from each strips and place them on baking tray lined with baking sheet.
     4.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
     5.In a small chopper or blender, add garlic,olive oil,basil leaves,parsley,salt and black pepper    
     6.Take the knots out from the oven, Immediately add the knots to a large bowl and pour prepared mixture,season with pizza seasoning(if u wish) ,toss together until they are well coated.
     7.sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve.
