We generally eat a combination of saboodana ki khichdi and aloo nimbu ki sabji which avoids sticking of khichdi while eating..

Many people like eating sabudana ki khichdi with out anything, its your choice but at least once try this combination,i am sure you will love it.

Give it a try and let me know how it came out :)

Cheers.

1 medium size boiled potato (Peel and cut in to cube)

1tsp of black pepper(or as per your taste)
2 tbsp of lime juice
2 cups of water
1 tbsp of ghee(please don't replace it with oil)
1 green chilly (slit it lengthwise)
few curry leaves
cumin seeds
salt as per your taste
coriander leaves for decoration

Method

1.Put ghee in pan or kadhai
2.Once the ghee is hot put cumin seeds, curry leaves, chilly and allow it to splutter.
3. Put cubed potato and sort it for 1 min
3. Now put water ,black pepper and salt and let it boil for 3-4 mins
4.Once it is boiled take a spatula and mash some pieces of potato(it helps to make the gravy little thick) and again let it boil for 4-5  mins.
5. When the curry is boiling ,meanwhile squeeze a lemon in some bowl(in which you want to keep your sabzi).
6. After 5 mins put sabzi in same bowl(having lemon juice) and top it with coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with sabudana ki khichdi .

Enjoy :)

Note: The same can be enjoyed with Fafar ke pakode, sabudana bade etc :)

Many people don't use turmeric during their fast ,so it can be prepared while you are fasting.
