Ingredients

1lt full fat milk
1 cup heavy cream
4-5 bread slices(white bread)
1 tin*(200ml)condensed milk
2 tbsp sugar(optional)
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
a few saffron (kesar) strands
chopped nuts*(pistachio,almonds)

Method 
1.Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan (preferably broad pan).
2.meanwhile remove bread crust and make fresh breadcrumbs with white part of bread slice
3.Add prepared bread crumbs,condensed milk,heavy cream and sugar(according to your sweet taste to the boiling milk and cook on a high flame, while stirring continuously for 10-15 mins.
4.check the consistency,if you are happy with the consistency switch off the flame or else cook for another 5 minutes(remember it becomes more thick once it cool down)
5.switch off the flame,add the cardamom powder,chopped nuts,saffron strands and mix well.
6.serve warm or chilled and enjoy.

                            GARLIC KNOTS



      Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
4-5  tablespoons olive oil 
2-3 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley  
salt and black pepper as per taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
300gm store bought pizza dough (or you can make your own) 
        TIP:1. for healthy version you can make pizza dough using wheat flour     
               2. for seasoning with salt and pepper you can use some mixed pizza seasoning at                     the end    



                                              
              
    Process:

     1.Preheat the oven to 180 degree c
     2.cut the pizza dough in ½ inch strips using pizza cutter.
     3. Form the knots from each strips and place them on baking tray lined with baking sheet.
     4.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
     5.In a small chopper or blender, add garlic,olive oil,basil leaves,parsley,salt and black pepper    
     6.Take the knots out from the oven, Immediately add the knots to a large bowl and pour prepared mixture,season with pizza seasoning(if u wish) ,toss together until they are well coated.
     7.sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve.

                   schezwan chutney


1/2 cup vegetable oil
red chilly paste
20 garlic chopped
2-4tsp ginger chopped
Salt to taste
1tbsp sugar
tomato ketchup(4 tbsp)

Soak 30 dried red chillies for 30 minutes in half cup of warm water(or cold water over night). Grind to a smooth paste in a grinder(using the reserved water on soaked chillies)

Method
- In a pan heat the oil on high flame. Once the oil is smoking add garlic and stir it till it turn lightly golden.
- Add ginger and stir fry on high flame. 
- Add chilli paste and let it cook properly then add little water and let it cook.
- Now add in ketchup,sugar and salt to taste 
- Cover the sauce with a lid 
-Simmer this sauce for 5 to 8 mins.

Now the sauce is done. Cool this and store in a clean air tight container refrigerated.
